This single vineyard 2020 Jaine Chardonnay was crafted from Solaksen in the Royal Slope AVA. The vineyard is fully sustainable and uses organic farming methods whenever possible. The vineyards were hand-harvested early in the morning throughout September. Upon arriving at the winery, the vineyard lot was hand-sorted and whole-cluster pressed. The wine was aged for 22 months in both new (50%) and used (50%) French oak barrels. Bottling took place in August of 2022 with only 93 cases produced.
